Our goal at Training Yard is to assess and empower people of all level to reach new tness and performances heights.

More than any other Training program in the country, we put a very strong emphasis on technical training and understanding and, asserting and analyzing data.

My name is Frederic, I am a certified sport analyst, certified personal trainer and Ironman certi ed coach.
