Vero is a certified Sound Healing Practitioner, Ayurveda Practitioner & Aromatherapist. Through precious tools such as Tibetan singing bowls combined with essential oils, she helps people live better by promoting deep relaxation and stress relief.

She strongly believes Tibetan singing bowls are one of the most powerful tools for healing with sound and vibrations. Having suffered from insomnia for years, she personally found Sound Healing to be the most effective technique for restful sleep and emotional balance.
