Ray Kelly is a Senior Partner with BlueStar AMG, a British-owned, Hong Kong and Labuan-registered financial advisory group, with the bulk of the operations in China, Malaysia, and with satellite offices across Asia.

Ray is qualified through the Certified Institute of Securities and Investment and currently has over twenty-five (25) years of hands-on management of clients’ financial portfolios, overseeing more than 275 clients.

Ray has been in China since 2001 and travels regularly to Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam and Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia.Prior to entering the financial services world, Ray held a position as Director in the Global Risk Management Solutions practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers for 14 years.

He has been a friend of Expat Connection for many years.
